Chief People & Culture Officer

Sim brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and people and culture. With a focus on building tailored pathways for individuals, she is passionate about empowering young people to gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their careers and personal lives. Her ‘always curious’ approach ensures every program is impactful and aligned with individual goals and she is able to share insights which help people build their own sense of self value.

NDIS Administration & Program Support Officer

With over a decade experience in the not for profit space, Jess is a dedicated NDIS Administration and Program Support Officer, committed to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of NDIS services. Jess comes with strong administrative expertise and helps streamline operations while ensuring compliance with NDIS policies. Passionate about making a positive impact, contributing to enhancing service delivery and improving outcomes for people with disabilities, she’s an integral part of the team.

Program Manager

Ethan has been in the industry for five years gaining valuable experience in supporting others. He has completed a diploma of business and is currently furthering his education in counselling. Ethan’s genuine passion for helping people combined with his patience, strong listening skills and compassionate nature allows him to build meaningful connections with those around him. His dedication to personal and professional growth makes him a valued member of the team.

Program Manager

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology, Sienna is currently furthering her expertise through studying an Honours degree in Applied Psychology. With her natural ability to connect with others, she is known for her trusting and reliable nature, making her a valuable support to both clients and colleagues. Her vibrant and positive attitude combined with exceptional active listening ensures everyone she interacts with feels heard and understood. Driven by a desire to make a difference, Sienna is committed to applying her knowledge and skills to help others thrive.
