Our Partners

Better together. CORE Transitions partners with reputable organisations to deliver a wider range of services, create new opportunities, build stronger communities, and improve the lives of people with disabilities.

THE AFL

We’re proud to support the AFL in coordinating travel, accommodation, and transport for more than 250 athletes of many different physical and intellectual impairments and severities to compete in the Toyota AFL Open. This event allows these athletes to represent their state or territory, whilst empowering them to showcase their skills to the broader community, across more than 90 matches of Aussie Rules over 5 days. After great success with this event over 2024 and 2025, we look forward to supporting the Toyota AFL Open into the future.

CONNECTIONS TRAVEL GROUP

CORE Transitions partners with Connections Travel Group, an organisation dedicated to supporting businesses that believe in the power of community, inclusion, and shared humanity. Together, we’re creating pathways for individuals with disabilities to access meaningful roles in the travel industry. This partnership helps open doors - not only to employment, but to the wider world - enabling individuals to explore new cultures, cities, and experiences, and to belong within an industry that values connection and diversity.

CORNERSTONE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Core Transitions partners with Cornerstone Learning & Development (CLD), a Registered Training Organisation that designs and delivers accredited, employer-relevant micro-credentials and qualifications. Together, we combine Core’s tailored support and job readiness with CLD’s structured, nationally recognised training. This partnership gives young people a clear pathway, from discovering their strengths, to gaining real skills, to stepping confidently into work or further study.

VAPIANO

We’re proud to partner with Vapiano, a restaurant chain on the Goldie,  invested in providing valued job roles for its extensive workforce.  Together, we’re creating opportunities for people of all abilities to build confidence, develop employment skills, and enjoy meaningful social experiences in a welcoming and supportive environment. Through this partnership, individuals have the chance to engage in hands-on hospitality experiences, fostering independence and connection within their local community.
